The gym has been thoroughly cleaned and the schedule has been updated with new classes. Welcome to autumn at KI's health hub!

The KI Health Hub wants to contribute to a sustainable study and work environment for employees and students. Both campus gyms have now been thoroughly cleaned and the autumn schedule has been updated with many different classes. What will you try this autumn?

  • Core Mondays 12:10 and Wednesdays 11:00
  • Pilates Wednesdays 16:30
  • Circuit training Thursdays 12:05
  • Kick boxing Thursdays 16:30
  • Dance Aerobics Thursdays 17:00

Solna

  • WOD (Workout of the day) Mondays 11:30
  • Judo Mondays 12.00 and Thursdays 16:30
  • Learn weightlifting/Learn bodyweight strength training Mondays 16:30
  • Learn Parkour Tuesdays 16:30
  • Morning Run Thuesdays 08:15
  • Outdoor WOD (Workout of the day) Thursdays 11:00
