Take a break during your workday – download Pausit Coach

You might recognise this: working days packed with meetings and long periods of sitting still in front of the computer. With the Pausit Coach, you’ll receive reminders to take important breaks to move around – and there’s now an update featuring over 100 simple exercises focusing on office strength, yoga and breathing.

Taking short breaks and varying your working methods are important for limiting prolonged periods of sitting. Recovery is something that also needs to be scheduled into the calendar as part of the working day.

The Pausit app, which you as an employee can download, is a useful tool for taking breaks. An update is now available with three different modes:

  • Move (simple exercises, similar to the previous Pausit)
  • Office Strength
  • Yoga

All are simple and can be done at the workplace. You can set intervals and times for breaks throughout the day.

Pausit Coach - here’s how

  • Download the app via the Software Centre/Company Portal.
  • Make sure you’re connected to the VPN, then log in with your KI account.
  • Get to know the app and set up reminders.
  • Take a break!
