Multimillion grant from the Swedish Research Council to KI
Three grants, of in total 37 MSEK, have been awarded to Karolinska Institutet towards a doctoral programme grant within register-based research and two research environment grants within register-based research. The Swedish Reserach Council awarded in total grants to an amount of 102 MSEK for 2020-2023.
The doctoral programme ”Swedish INterdisciplinary Graduate School in register-based research (SINGS)” at the department of environmental medicine has been awarded in total a sum of 11 MSEK.
Professor Paul Dickman at the department of medical epidemiology and biostatistics has been awarded a research environment grant for the project ”Development and application of statistical methods for register-based research" with a sum of MSEK 13.
Professor Jesper Lagergren at the department of molecular medicine and surgery has been awarded a research environment grant for the project ”Register-based research on obesity, reflux and cancer of the upper gastrointestinal tract” with a sum of MSEK 13.
