KI is looking for a student to coordinate the pick‐up service for international students
We are looking for you, who want to coordinate the pick‐up service i.e. giving international students a good first welcome to KI!
KI offers international students pick‐up service, which means that a student from KI meets the incoming students when they arrive to Stockholm and help them with accommodation keys, finding the right way and also inform them shortly about studying in Stockholm etc.
About coordinating pick-up service
Coordinating pick‐up service is an administrative task that can be combined with studies. The assignment includes outsourcing assignments to the students recruited for the purpose and managing the fees of their assignments, but also coordinating and developing the business with pick‐up service. Recruitment of new students (according to the manual prepared) is included in the assignment and it also includes evaluation and reporting back to the international administrators.
The assignment is calculated at an average of 16 hours / month unevenly distributed over the year.
We are looking for you who are good at administration, communication and engaged in your tasks. Good English skills is a requirement.
The assignment runs from 15th October 2021 to 30 June, 2022.
