Are you healthy and interested in contributing to important research on diabetes and vascular health? We are looking for healthy control participants for a study investigating skin microcirculation.

In this study, we investigate the skin's microcirculation in patients with type 1 diabetes, both with and without established vascular complications, as well as in healthy controls. The aim is to evaluate the potential of using a non-invasive technique for early detection of small vessel disease in type 1 diabetes.

Participation involves:
An examination lasting approximately 3 hours.
A visit to Danderyd Hospital, Clinical Research Center.
Non-invasive tests to measure skin microcirculation and blood sampling.

We are looking for participants who:
Are healthy and between 45 and 65 years old.
Are healthy, meaning you have no chronic illnesses or regular medications.
Do not have a current or recent severe infection.

Compensation:
No compensation is provided for participation in the study.
