We are testing a digital program to see if small changes in daily habits can help you feel better.
You get support from a psychologist every week.

The program is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in a simple form.

What is the program?

It is an 8‑week digital program where you work on your habits, for example:

  • sleeping better
  • moving more
  • eating more regularly
  • reducing alcohol or nicotine
  • meeting other people more

You receive:

  • short texts: easy Swedish or easy English
  • small weekly exercises
  • support from a psychologist through written messages
  • everything online, on your phone or computer
  • free  participation

Who can join?

You can join if you:

  • have moved to Sweden
  • are over 18
  • feel stressed, worried, or low
  • want to change a lifestyle habit

How it works

  1. You sign up and answer questions online
  2. You get a phone call with a psychologist
  3. You start the program either right away or after 4 months
