Opening hours on KI's campus during the autumn, Christmas and New Year holidays
During longer holiday periods when many people are off and not on site at our campuses, we have limited opening hours for our service operations.
Aula Medica
During the autumn and winter, the reception is closed on Oct 31, Dec 24-26, Dec 31, Jan 1-2, Jan 5-6.
- Café Jorpes closes at 2 pm every day Oct 27-31 and is closed Dec 22-Jan 9
- Nanna Svartz is closed Dec 22-Jan 9
- Svarta Räfven is closed Oct 27-31 and is closed Dec 22-Jan 9
While the restaurants and cafés are closed, we refer to the vending machines that will be available, as well as the Convini machines.
Biomedicum
The reception is closed on Oct 31, Dec 24-26, Dec 31, Jan 1 and Jan 6.
- Café Biomedicum closes at 2 pm on Oct 31 and is closed Dec 22-Jan 6

Shuttle Bus Reduced timetable
During the period Dec 24 - 26, Jan 1 and Jan 6 there are no departures. On Dec 29-30, Jan 2 and Jan 5 the bus will operate with a reduced timetable according to the times below. From 7 January the bus will operate according to the regular timetable on weekdays excluding holidays.
From Flemingsberg (Hälsovägen):

The bus only stops at the designated stops below:
- Campus Solna - The stop is located at Karolinska Institutet, Nobels väg 5.
- Campus Flemingsberg - The stop is located at Hälsovägen next to the SL stops.
The journey takes about 35 minutes. During rush hour, it may take longer. The construction site in the Solna area also affects travel time.
