The Centre for Health Crises welcomes you to a hybrid seminar on Ebola, where we will hear experiences from international operations on the ground in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, as well as work on highly specialised care and preparedness for Ebola in Sweden. How does care function in each place, and what can we learn from one another?

- Hedvig Glans, assistant consultant in infectious diseases and affiliated with research at KI, expert coordinator at the Centre for Health Crises and formerly responsible for high-level isolation care at Karolinska University Hospital Huddinge, which is part of Sweden’s preparedness for treating Ebola patients.
Moderator:
- Anneli Eriksson, nurse and research specialist in global disaster medicine at KI, who has worked on site in several Ebola outbreaks, including the major outbreak in West Africa in 2014.
