Board Certification in Clinical Informatics to Health Informatics alumni
Alumni from Health Informatics Centre (HIC) at Karolinska Institutet receives Board Certification in Clinical Informatics by the American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM).
Congratulations to Nathaniel P. Brown, MD, MSc, MMSc for becoming a board-certified physician in clinical informatics in the United States. Nathan studied the Master programme in Health Informatics at Karolinska Institutet between 2016 and 2018.
The KI programme was reviewed by the American Board of Preventive Medicine - ABPM and deemed comparable to Biomedical Informatics programmes in the United States or Canada and thus enabled Nathan to seek board certification in clinical informatics as subspecialty, and to become the first one with a degree from Karolinska Institutet.
