When the AI service Sundi is now being launched in Sweden, users will receive individualised support to achieve their personal health goals. The advice is based on the latest research that is updated and reviewed by doctors and researchers. Sundi is a non-profit initiative from Bosch Health Campus (BHC) in Stuttgart and Charité – Universitätsmedizin in Berlin in collaboration with researchers from Karolinska Institutet who review the research content.

With a focus on prevention, Sundi is particularly aimed at people over 55 years of age. The AI-based service combines scientifically reviewed health information with a virtual health assistant.

Sundi gives personal tips for a healthy everyday life at a time in life when prevention is becoming increasingly important.

“We are pleased to be able to contribute scientific expertise to the development of Sundi. Our research will explore how digital health information can be tailored to support individuals – especially those over the age of 55 – in making sustainable lifestyle changes. This is a phase in life when health problems often increase, but also when the potential for positive change is still great,” says Carl Johan Sundberg, Professor of Molecular and Applied Exercise Physiology, Karolinska Institutet, and member of the Sundi steering group.

Personal health coach for the second half of life

Sundi offers the opportunity to define your own health goals and monitor the results, whether it is sleep, exercise, diet or stress management. Sundi responds in over 80 languages and is developed to be accessible and user-friendly without the requirement for prior technical knowledge. The service is free of charge and advertising.
