Success for Pep@Work at KI
Walking, running, cycling to work, strength training and yoga. Activities undertaken by 400 employees during November's varied weather. The Pep@Work exercise challenge has ended and participants have been moving at record levels.
Between the 12 November and 10 December, 39 teams from different parts of KI participated in the excercise challenge.
In addition to the benefits of moving more during the day, indoors and outdoors, it also helps colleagues from different parts of the organisation to take part in each other's activities and support each other.
All training was registred at a website along with photos and pep talks från colleagues.
- On average, each participant completed 4.7 sessions per week.
- On average, participants exercised 285 minutes per week (WHO recommendation is 150 minutes).

About pep@work
The 39 teams included both departments and professional services (GVS). NVS participated with nine teams and a total of 120 staff: NVS in pep@work.
