Retraction of article on treatment for severe heartburn prevents cancer

On March 28, 2019 the paper "Risk of Esophageal Adenocarcinoma After Antireflux Surgery in Patients With Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in the Nordic Countries” published in JAMA Oncology, was retracted by the authors due to an error in the statistical analysis.
