Participants sought for studies Have you had coronary heart disease and would like to contribute to the development of a digital support tool for self-care and healthy lifestyle habits?
If you have had a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or have been treated for angina (chest pain caused by heart disease), taking care of your health is very important. In the HjärtVis project, we are developing a digital tool to make self-care in everyday life easier after coronary heart disease.

Taking care of your health means looking after both your body and your mental well-being. This includes things like taking your medication, eating well, being physically active, sleeping well, managing stress, and feeling supported in daily life. We know that changing habits can be difficult, and we want to understand how to make it easier.
About the study
The aim of the HjärtVis project is to better understand how digital support systems can be designed to facilitate self-care after a heart attack or treatment for angina. By self-care we mean everything you do in your daily life to maintain your health and well-being after coronary heart disease.
The support tool we are developing should:
- be easy to use
- be accessible from home without the need to visit a hospital
- be used at your own pace and at times that suit your daily life
- meet the needs of people with different backgrounds
To make sure the tool works well for many people, we want to interview people with different language backgrounds.
