Opening hours on KI's campus during Christmas and New Year holidays
During longer holiday periods when many people are off and not on site at our campuses, we have limited opening hours for our service operations.
Aula Medica
During the Christmas and New Year holidays, the reception is closed December 24-26, 31 and January 1, 2, 5 and 6.
- Café Jorpes is closed from December 20 to January 11
- Restaurant Nanna Svartz is closed from December 20 to January 11
- Restaurant Svarta Räfven is closed from December 20 to January 11
While the restaurants and cafés are closed, we refer to the vending machines that will be available, as well as the Convini machines.
Employees are referred to the reception in Biomedicum on days when the reception in Aula medica is closed.
Biomedicum
During the Christmas and New Year holidays the reception is closed December 24-25, 31 and January 1 and 6.

ANA Futura
ANA Futura's service team is on site during regular working hours 8 am - 4 pm, but with reduced staff. (Closed December 24-26, 31, January 6) Visitors are directed to the reception on floor 7. The reception is staffed irregularly, but the telephone number is clearly posted if no one is present.
Neo
Neo´s service team is on site during regular working hours 8 am - 4 pm, but with reduced staff. (Closed December 24-26, 31, January 6) Access cards are required to enter the main entrance.
Shuttle Bus Reduced timetable
During the period December 24-26, January 1 and 6 there are no departures. On December 29-30, January 2 and 5 the bus will operate with a reduced timetable according to the times below. From January 7 the bus will operate according to the regular timetable on weekdays excluding holidays.
From Flemingsberg (Hälsovägen):

The bus only stops at the designated stops below:
- Campus Solna - The stop is located at Karolinska Institutet, Nobels väg 5.
- Campus Flemingsberg - The stop is located at Hälsovägen next to the SL stops.
The journey takes about 35 minutes. During rush hour, it may take longer. The construction site in the Solna area also affects travel time.
