Nominate for the Work Environment Award 2025
This year’s theme is laboratory safety and the important work being done to promote a strong safety culture and preventive work environment practices within our laboratories.
Since 2014, KI’s Safety Committee (formerly the Work Environment Committee) has awarded a prize for outstanding work environment initiatives. The prize sum is 30,000 SEK and is awarded to an individual, group, or department that has contributed to a good work environment and health at Karolinska Institutet in an engaged and structured manner.
Criteria
“An employee, doctoral student, or student (group or individual) at KI who has worked systematically and constructively with biosafety, chemical safety, and/or radiation safety within KI’s operations. This may involve coordination, training, or providing support and good routines for introductions and supervision in these areas.”
Nominations must be submitted no later than 28 February 2026.
