About the Event
This workshop aims to empower participants with tools that allow them to master self-leadership skills related to time management,emotional regulation and decision making. This is designed to be a capacity-building training that includes individual and group exercises, and where the creation of accountability will be incentivised.

About the Trainer
Ana I. Azevedo
Ana is a polymath, with a Bachelor, a Master and a PhD in Educational Sciences from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of Oporto University. Currently she's a Lecturer at the Oporto Superior Institute for Advance Technologies (ISTEC) and Program Director at Porto Business School (PBS) and simultaneously is the Head of talent and Development of a Portuguese Company in the Energy sector. She is also a Pedagogical Reviewer at the European Commission, a Board Member of Unilink and a trainer and consultant in the areas of Innovation and Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Leadership and Future Development, tending to acquire a vast experience in this area.
