13-05-2026 4:00 pm Add to iCal

This event will focus on the theme “Next Generation – Skills, Talent, Careers & Innovation”, exploring how emerging technologies and interdisciplinary collaboration are shaping the future of neuroscience and neurotechnology.
Overview of event
Day 1 - Summit in focus
The Innovation summit, open for registrations, will feature keynote sessions, panels, and interactive workshops addressing critical topics such as academic career development, neurotech-integrated healthcare, and commercialization pathways for research innovations. Participants will also gain insights into other European networks and initiatives, including EBrains and TEF Health.
Day 2 - Parallel tracks
Day two will offer parallel tracks tailored for different audiences:
- Researchers following the summit track will dive into advanced topics like innovative imaging techniques and AI-driven decision-making.
- Students will participate in hands-on training sessions covering MEG, data analysis, and coding as part of the satellite event FAIR Brain Data Science Bootcamp 2026
- NeurotechEU General Assembly members will focus on exploring strategies and developing practical solutions and shared frameworks to shape the future of international education and research.
Day 3 - focuses on students
The NeurotechEU Student Council meets and training session continues. In the afternoon, all students are invited to a joint social event. For other participants, the day is open for meetings and/or travel.
