StratNeuro has established a Student Council to strengthen the connection between StratNeuro and the neuroscience PhD students at KI. This initiative was presented at the PhD Student Day at the StratNeuro Retreat 2026.

StratNeuro has established a Student Council to strengthen PhD student participation in its future actions. By directly involving PhD students in the development and coordination of future actions, StratNeuro aims to ensure these initiatives are tailored to students' needs and priorities. Hence, the Council will advise the executive board on initiatives and programming relevant to PhD students, while gaining hands-on experience in event organisation, expanding their networks, engaging with StratNeuro leadership and developing transferable skills relevant to their careers.

The StratNeuro Student Council starts as a collaboration with the student committee responsible for the Neuroscience Seminar Series for doctoral students, which has agreed to integrate into the new structure. The Council has already taken on its first responsibility by organising the social event for the PhD student day at the StratNeuro Retreat.

The StratNeuro Student Council seeks to bring together a diverse group of members with broad representation across departments. If you would like to be part of it, please fill out this form.
