On Friday, September 26, StratNeuro and StratRegen proudly took part in ForskarFredag in Stockholm, held at AlbaNova and Vetenskapens Hus

This science festival is part  European Researchers’ Night celebrated across the continent designed to make research more accessible and engaging, and the day featured a rich program including Live Science Talks, hands-on experiments, exhibitions, workshops, demonstrations, and the exciting Forskar Grand Prix.

Our teams prepared a range of interactive activities to give students a closer look into neuroscience and regeneration research. Highlights included a pipetting competition, clean room dressing, and the ever-popular Backyard Brains experiments: participants controlled a robotic hand using their own muscles and even experienced the human-to-human interface, where one person’s muscle signals could control another’s arm movements.

The stations drew great enthusiasm from students and visitors alike, sparking curiosity and lively discussions. We extend our warm thanks to all the organizers and volunteers whose dedication and energy made this day such a success: Daniel Holl, Birte Schmid, Adrian Martinez Martin, Noa Cemeljic, Laura Sardon Puig, Konstantinos Koutsogiannis, Jatin Sharma, Frederik Bär, Fredrik Lanner and Eda Erbil
