Six MedH researchers recieve funding from the Swedish Heart Lung Foundation

Congratulations to the six researchers from the Department of Medicine, Hudinge (MedH), who receive grants from the Swedish Heart Lung Foundation 2024-2026! Together they receive SEK 9 300 000 in grants.

Bo Angelin, Endocrinology Unit
Project title: Finding novel causes and new cases of hereditary dyslipidemia in Sweden.
Amount granted 2024-2025: SEK 1 200 000.

Malin Flodström Tullberg, Center for Infectious Medicine (CIM)
Project title: CFTR Modulator Treatment and New Vaccines for Intervention and Prevention of Lung Disease in Cystic Fibrosis.
Amount granted 2024-2026: SEK 2 100 000.

Hannes Hagström, Gastroenterology and Rheumatology Unit
Project title: Relationen mellan hjärta och lever: studier av ett mångfacetterat problem.
Amount granted 2024-2025: SEK 1 200 000.

Johan Sandberg, Center for Infectious Medicine (CIM)
Project title: Unconventional T cells as mediators and biomarkers of immune defense and immunopathology in the lung.
