“Maintenance on database servers will cause some disruptions to, among others, UBW, IDAC, ELN, and MFT between 19:00 and 19:30 and Diariet between 19:00 and 21:00 on April 1, 2026

On the evening of 1 April, two-factor authentication (2FA) will be enabled for BioRender users covered by the joint KI-agreement.

Maintenance work will be conducted on March 26, between 7-10 PM. This will affect och websites ki.se, news.ki.se, staff.ki.se and education.ki.se 

Due to a planned power outage, the university library’s web services are currently unavailable today, Tuesday, March 24. The issue is expected to be resolved around 08:00. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

As part of the IT Offices's ongoing security efforts, inactive accounts in VPN Light will be closed on 16 March.

Please do not log in to iThenticate. Problems have arisen during the migration to the new interface. We apologise for this and are working to resolve the issue.

Planned Maintenace on KI Redcap on February, 12 (19:00-21:00)
IT will carry out a planned maintenance work on KI Redcap on February, 12. The service window is between 19:00 and 21:00.

This means that KI Redcap will be unavailable to all users during this time.

The planned update to KI's text matching programme iThenticate has been postponed. We will provide more information in due course.

The power has been restored at Campus Solna and all systems are back online.

Update 2025-06-27 08:17: The service disruption has been resolved and the ability to print using EduPrint has been restored.

There is currently a service disruption with the provider that is affecting the ability to print using EduPrint. Troubleshooting is in progress.
