(solved) Canvas Login Issues

We are currently experiencing technical issues affecting access to Canvas.
Users with KI accounts (both new employees and students) created after February 25 are unable to log in to Canvas.
Our teams are actively investigating the issue.

If you urgently need access to Canvas:
Contact our support and state that you are affected by the issue and require a temporary login.
