On May 7 between 19 - 21 the IT department performs maintenance work on the wireless network in Flemingsberg and Solna. Disturbances may occur.

A pilot study is ongoing to evaluate how MEB can collaborate effectively or benefit from the central services offered by ITA. The university director has decided that all departments must be included in the Coordinated IT (Samordnad IT), and currently, 16 departments are fully integrated. MEB already utilizes several central services, such as the network, Office 365, and some storage.

On 16 May 2024 (morning), the quarterly test and maintenance of the fire detection and alarm system in Neo will take place.

Akademiska Hus is installing 22 new charging points for electric cars in the lower part of the large parking lot at Alfred Nobels Allé 23.

On Thursday 14 March after 7 pm ki.se will be updated, including news.ki.se, staff.ki.se and education.ki.se. While the update is in progress, some downtime may occur and you will not be able to log in and work in the web publishing system.

The part of the spiral staircase, on the Hälsovägs side, which today connects floor 4 with floor 5 in the NEO building will be from Monday 2024-03-11 to be permanently closed. This is because the NEO house has had problems with unauthorized persons entering the building via the entrance on floor 4 (from Hälsovägen) and further up to the upper floors.

Due to planned system maintenance, the bibliometrics system will not be available from Monday 19/2 at 08:00 to Tuesday 20/2 at approximately 12.00. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

From Jan 23, all corridors will be locked all the time so you need your access card to get in. Between 08-17 you only need the card and between 17-08 the routine is the same as before, i.e., you need your card + code.

On Thursday 14 December, starting at 6 p.m., an update will be made to ki.se, including education.ki.se, staff.ki.se and news.ki.se.

One year after the registration of the emergency contact (ICE) was made, an e-mail reminder should be sent out asking to update the contact(s) if necessary. The wrong e-mail message has now been sent out and the system provider is working to correct this. The e-mail message that has now been sent out is wrong and can be ignored.

KI will upgrade Primula to 12.6 starting Thursday, November 30 from 3:00 p.m. No one will then be able to work with the Primula/PA web.

The upgrade is expected to be completed already at 21:00 on the same day.

On November 27, 2023, an exchange of sensors will begin in all KI's buildings on Campus Solna. The aim is to gain more knowledge about how our premises are used and contribute to creating a better indoor environment.

Issues reporting to KI's landlord Akademiska hus has previously been done via their website or via their My Campus app. From November 1, you can now also call in your fault report.

Some users and applicants experience technical issues when logging in to or working in KIWAS (the administrative tool or the course catalogue).
