New supplier for graphic design
From 16 February, you can use the communications agency Ord&Bild for graphic design if the Communications Department is unable to assist. The supplier works in accordance with KI's graphic profile. A new printing agreement will also be available soon.
Ord&Bild can help you with:
- ads and posters
- flyers, leaflets and brochures
- roll-ups and presentations
- digital material
- accessibility adaptation of PDFs

The agreement with Arkitektkopia expires on 14 February and can no longer be used after that date. Instead of having one supplier for design and printing, we will now use two different contracted suppliers.
A new printing framework agreement is on its way, but has not yet been finalised. Once we have decided on a supplier, we will announce it on the Staff Portal on the page Graphic design and printing services.
Until further notice, we recommend that you use the government framework agreement for printing services (in Swedish).
