KBH achieved an response rate of 86%. The response rate at KI was 68%. 
Overall, the results indicate stability and consistently high levels across several key areas. 

The next step is to take forward the responses you provided as a staff member. The department’s management group will conduct a results and values analysis meeting in September to identify shared priorities and create a solid foundation for continued development work within the organisation.
