FyFa routines before applying for grants

Some of the calls require approval or a letter of support by the Head of Department. In case you need this, or if you need other support, please take note of the following and take contact at least one week before the call deadline:

• KID: contact FyFa HR for green light approval
• VR starting, consolidator or distinguished grant: contact Roelinde Middelveld for help with letters of support
• VR International postdoc or other postdoc grants that require employment at FyFa: contact FyFa HR before applying for confirmation of employment possibility
• Novo Nordisk Foundation budgets: contact the FyFa finance unit for approval before submission
• VR budgets and other budgets: if you need help, contact the FyFa finance unit
• Feedback/critical reading of applications and project plans: contact Roelinde
• For EU/ERC or NIH grant applications, contact KI’s Grants Office well in advance, preferably several months before the deadline.
