Examinations in examination halls in focus

The Examination Service shall support developments in supervised examinations, including by ensuring that the use of examination halls is streamlined, monitoring developments and the need for digital examinations, and staffing examination halls with invigilators.

The function works closely with both "Student IT" and the Unit fot Teaching and learning.

A lot has happened since the Examinaton Service 2023 was launched, and in 2025 they handled around 1,000 written exams – an increase of 12 % compared to last year.
