Credit transfer in Ladok – function now live
Credit transfers at first- and second-cycle level are now managed in Ladok. This means that the entire process – from application to decision – is handled directly within the system.
The new process offers several advantages:
- Applications are clearer, and students upload their supporting documents directly in the application.
- All records, decisions, documentation and communication are gathered in Ladok.
- Students can track their case in Ladok and access all relevant information, for example in the event of an appeal.
- Reduced manual handling, leading to less duplication of work and increased legal certainty.

For administrators and examiners

Every Friday between 10:00 and 11:00, a “support session” is offered. Here you can get answers to your questions (this is not a system demonstration). A registration link is available on the credit transfer information page mentioned above. These sessions will run until 8 May.

Background
The introduction of credit transfer in Ladok follows a pilot phase conducted within the Occupational Therapy Programme and Specialist Nursing Programmes, as well as selected programme courses at the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology (FyFa). The pilot confirmed that the functionality works well and helps streamline the credit transfer process.
