Welcome to a strategic forum exploring opportunities for collaboration between Sweden and Minnesota in research, innovation and the life sciences.
During this special event, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz will join leaders from Karolinska Institutet, Mayo Clinic and key organisations within Minnesota’s life sciences ecosystem to discuss how strengthened transatlantic partnerships can accelerate innovation and improve health outcomes. The programme will highlight opportunities for collaboration in research, innovation, health data, entrepreneurship and commercialisation.
Participants will gain insights into the long-standing partnership between Minnesota and Sweden, Minnesota’s thriving life sciences and innovation landscape, and the unique potential of the KI–Mayo collaboration. The programme will conclude with a panel discussion exploring how academic-industry partnerships, access to health data and translational research can support the development, validation and implementation of new healthcare solutions.
The event will be held in English and is intended for researchers, innovators, industry representatives, policymakers and others with an interest in international collaboration in health and life sciences.
