Are you interested in discussing and learning about the results of the Mutual Learning Exercise (MLE) on Researcher Careers?
A MLE is a collaborative, interactive process aimed at fostering policy learning and capacity building among European Union (EU) Member States (MS) through the exchange of good practices and peer support.
The MLE on Researcher Careers carried out over the past months, allowed 16 MS of the EU to share and learn good practices related to research careers. It involved three country visits to Sweden, Czechia, and Spain.
The MLE aimed to support Member States in implementing the new standards set out in the Council Recommendation. It addresses key aspects of making research careers more attractive, such as recruitment, working conditions, skills, inter-sectoral mobility, career development, and balanced talent circulation.
The dissemination event will take place in Austria but can also be followed online. You are welcome to join us to learn about the Council Recommendations on Researcher Careers and the new European Charter for Researchers.
