"Innate immunity in Alzheimer’s disease?"

Michael Heneka is a board certified neurologist with a documented interest in studying the interplay between the brain and the immune system. His work has been focussing on the role of the innate immune system for neurodegenerative processes relevant to Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis within others. At present Michael acts as the director of the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine and leader of the Neuroinflammation group.

This seminar is co-organised by the Center of Alzheimer Research (CAR) and StratNeuro
