16 million SEK to researchers at KI
Two researchers at KI have been granted funding from the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg foundation with about 16 million SEK. The Foundation supports research in Social Sciences.
The researchers and their projects are:
Marc Guitart-Masip, the Department of Neurobiology, Care Sciences and Society
Project:”Quantifying prior beliefs for affective decision making and their relation to symptoms of depression”
Funding: 7 089 677 SEK
Torkel Klingberg, the Department of Neuroscience
Project:”Using AI for understanding early math learning”
Funding: 9 083 000 SEK
About the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation
The Foundation primarily grants funding for projects related to social sciences. Priority projects include new research areas and research of a cross-border nature, preferably with a focus on IT and digital media. The research program Wallenberg Clinical Fellows also grants funding for clinical medicine.
