The MSCA Doctoral Network NUCLEAR is announcing one PhD position at Karolinska Institutet
The European NUCLEAR-network is announcing 16 positions of Doctoral Candidates to build the future experts in metabolic regulation and genome function. One position is currently announced at Karolinska Institutet.
As a PhD student in the European NUCLEAR-network, you will be part of a dynamic, international team. NUCLEAR will train 17 Doctoral candidates in the emerging field of Metabolic Regulation of Genome Function and Cell Identity, relevant for stem cell biology and cancer.
NUCLEAR will bring together European leaders in the fields of metabolomics, functional genomics, chromatin regulation, stem cell biology, and cancer with innovators in precision nutrition, mass spectrometry technologies, and drug development. You will undertake your own research project at Karolinska Institutet, investigating how changed metabolism affect epigenetic regulation in the context of acute myeloid leukemia.
To broaden your expertise, you will also complete internships at other NUCLEAR partner organizations.
