SRP Diabetes is happy to announce the awardees of seven Blue Sky Grants for high-risk, high-gain innovative projects.

The Strategic Research Program in Diabetes (SRP Diabetes) has awarded seven Blue Sky grants to run innovative pilot projects in diabetes and metabolism. Due to their preliminary nature, these projects are often regarded too risky in conventional funding calls.
With these funds, the awardees will be able to conduct preliminary experiments to demonstrate proof-of-principle, thus enabling them to test their hypothesis and hopefully secure more funding to develop their project further in future calls.
The awardees are:
