We are testing a digital program based on psychological tools. You work with everyday habits and get support when feelings and behaviours make change difficult. A psychologist supports you each week.

The program is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) in a simple form, and developed for people with migrational background.

What is the program?

It is an 8‑week digital program where you work with everyday habits, such as healthy habits related to:

  • sleep
  • physical activity
  • eating / food
  • alcohol
  • nicotine
  • social contact

You receive:

  • short texts: easy Swedish or easy English
  • small weekly exercises
  • support from a psychologist through written messages
  • everything online, on your phone or computer
  • free  participation

Who can join?

You can join if you:

  • was born in another country and moved to Sweden
  • are over 18
  • feel stressed, worried, or low
  • want to change a lifestyle habit

How it works

  1. You sign up and answer questions online
  2. You get a phone call with a psychologist
  3. You start the program either right away or after 4 months
