Rachael Sugars awarded the 2024 scholarship from the Cathrine Evert Foundation
Rachael Sugars at the Department of Dental Medicine is this year’s recipient of the Catherine Everts Research Foundation Fund. The project is entitled “Clinical and Diagnostic Management of Oral Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease after Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation”.
The Foundation supports research in “healthcare to improve diagnostics, treatment, management and quality of life for adolescents and young adults who are suffering from serious forms of cancer” (https://cathrinesstiftelse.se/english-summery/ ). The award was presented on Friday 18th October by Bernt Everts (Father and Chair of the Foundation).
