Planned Technical System Maintenance with Database Migration, 3 September
As the release has been cancelled due to technical issues, IDAC and the ID Portal are now accessible again.
On Thursday, 3 September, from 09:00 to 18:00, planned technical system maintenance will be carried out in IDAC, including database migration.
IDAC (https://idac.ki.se) and the ID portal (https://idportal.ki.se/) will be unavailable during this time.
We will provide an update as soon as the ID Portal and IDAC are available again.
Do you need to reset your password or MFA during this period?
Please visit the Service Desk in person and bring valid identification. This applies to all employees, affiliates, doctoral students, and students.
