NVS awarded over 19 million in grants from The Swedish Research Council
Congratulations to the researchers at the Department of Neurobiology, Care Sciences and Society (NVS) who were awarded grants from The Swedish Research Council in the call for Medicine and Health 2023. Together they received in total 19,2 million SEK.
Luana Naia, Division of Neurogeriatrics, total 6 million SEK:
”Mitovesiklar: en ny strategi för att förstå och lindra neurodegeneration av Alzheimers sjukdom”.
Ulrica Nilsson, Division of Nursing, total 2,4 million SEK:
”Förbättrad kontinuitet i den postoperativa vården för äldre personer under deras neurokognitiva återhämtning efter genomgången hjärtoperation: ECPON-projektet”
Agneta Nordberg, Division of Clinical Geriatrics, total 4,8 million SEK:
”Molekylär PET hjärnavbildning och plasma biomarkörer vid Alzheimers sjukdom och andra neurodegenerativa sjukdomar”.
Marianne Schultzberg, Division of Neurogeriatrics, total 2,4 million SEK:
”Molekylära studier av resolution av inflammation vid Alzheimers sjukdom för utveckling av ny behandling”
Charlotte Ytterberg, Division of Physiotherapy, total 3,6 million SEK:
”Ett egenvårdsprogram för att förebygga fall hos personer med multipel skleros - en randomiserad kontrollerad studie”.
