Roelinde Middelveld, research coordinator at FyFa, has been a support for the researchers in their application processes for grants from the Swedish Research Council. She sees several explanations for the success of the nine awardees.

"The primary reason is the high-quality research conducted at FyFa. For example, the consolidation grants and establishment grants are clear indications that the young researchers at the department are on the right path to establish themselves and their research projects. Given the intense competition, it is particularly gratifying that so many have succeeded in obtaining these grants," says Roelinde Middelveld.
