If you have educational material in Kaltura (KI Play), you will now be storing your video and audio material for Canvas courses directly in the new Canvas Studio tool.

Many users have received emails informing them that their permissions are ending and asking them to reapply. This section describes what you need to do to keep your permission and how you, as a resource owner, approve permission requests.

On March 31, My Campus app will be replaced by a mobile-friendly website. The new site offers the same functions and more opportunities to keep you updated on what’s happening on your campus.

On Friday morning at 9am, we will launch a new functionality in KI RIMS to hide group members from the group page on ki.se. The work will begin on Thursday evening 27 February and is not expected to cause any disruption.

During week 8 and 12, KI RIMS will implement the new standard for the Swedish classification of research subjects from SCB and UKÄ. The new standard introduces entirely new subject areas, while some are removed or renamed.

On Thursday, January 23, starting after 7 PM, an update will be made to ki.se, including staff.ki.se, news.ki.se, and education.ki.se. During the update, some downtime may occur, and it will not be possible to log in and work in the web publishing system.

Due to data storage laws Wondre (booking system for Health Hub) has deleted and cleared all member accounts and data.

On Wednesday 17 December the fire alarm system in Neo will be tested. During the test, sirens will sound, but you are not expected to evacuate.

In an incident of a larger nature should occur during the Christmas holidays, a list of contact persons is attached, who can support if necessary.
