Guidelines are now in place for educational documentation within first and second cycle education. They help to strengthen legal certainty, equity and quality in relation to educational administration, and it is important for anyone involved in education at KI to be aware of them.

The guidelines bring together KI’s shared requirements and working methods for documenting educational matters.

For those of you who are education administrators, examiners, programme directors or student counsellors at KI, these guidelines provide clearer guidance on matters such as documentation in Ladok, communication with students, programme and course sessions, enrolment and study breaks.

  • The guidelines contain mandatory rules that must be followed by both staff and students.
  • They also clarify the responsibilities of different roles and how educational matters are to be handled and documented consistently.
