KI- students social entrepreneurs of the year
The company "Care to translate", founded and developed by KI students, was named Social Entrepreneur of the Year in the Business Challenge 2019.
On Tuesday, October 15, the Business Challenge 2019 was decided. During the competition, there are a number of companies participating and a jury with the best of just over 80 successful leaders, entrepreneurs, experts and investors. The winners of the Business Challenge 2019 were selected, as well as the participants in the Business Challenge business development program.
During the evening an award for social entrepreneurship was handed out to Maja Magnusson and Linus Kullänger for "Care to Translate".
"Care to translate", formerly called Språk i vården (Languages in Health Care), was founded in the fall of 2015 by medical students at KI. Today, it is one of the most widely used translation tools in Sweden and is used in over 100 countries globally. The goal is to make our care more equal for everyone.
