In the latest calls from the Swedish Research Council, researchers at the Department of Biosciences and Nutrition were awarded grants for the years 2023-2026.

Medicine and Health
Eckardt Treuter was awarded a grant from the Swedish Research Council in the category of medicine and health. He was awarded MSEK 4.8 for a project on "New insights into how co-repressors control gene expression and epigenetic changes in disease processes", covering the years 2023-2026.
Cecilia Williams was awarded a grant in the category of medicine and health. She got MSEK 6.0 for a project on "How the intestinal estrogen receptor creates a micro environment that counteracts tumor formation - for cancer prevention and treatment", covering the years 2023-2026.
Natural sciences and technical sciences
Peter Swoboda was awarded a grant from the Swedish Research council in the category of natural Science and technical science. The grant on MSEK 3.6 was for a project on "Cilia control of nerve cell development: a key mechanism for brain developmental disorders?", covering the years 2023-2026.
