Elisabet Stener-Victorin new Professor in Reproductive Physiology at FyFa
Elisabeth Stener-Victorin has been promoted Professor in Reproductive Physiology at the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology, Karolinska Institutet from November 1, 2017.
She has an extensive academic training and long standing experience as a research group leader and principle investigator and teacher in physiology with specific focus on reproductive endocrinology and autonomic nervous system at various levels.
Elisabet Stener-Victorin established her research group Reproductive Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology in January 2015. She was previously with the Department of Physiology at University of Gothenburg where she held a VR granted Junior Research position, and since 2009 a Senior Research position.
Elisabet Stener-Victorin also has a large commitment and interest in developing the education specifically in physiology of reproduction and in endocrinology at different undergraduate education programs and postgraduate level.
