Daniel Lundqvist new professor of neuroimaging

Daniel Lundqvist, docent of clinical neuroscience at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience, will be employed as professor of neuroimaging as of November 1, 2024.

“Incredibly big and fun!” says Daniel Lundqvist, docent of clinical neuroscience since 2016 and senior research specialist since 2021, about the decision.
“The position, its focus on MEG, on-scalp MEG, multimodal imaging and its applications is very interesting to me, and I think the focus fits incredibly well with what I and my research group are working on.”
In addition, Daniel Lundqvist is the director of the Center for Imaging Research (CIR) at BioClinicum, and leads the Swedish node of a large, AI-focused EU project called “TEF-Health - Testing and Experimentation Facilities for Health AI and Robotics”.
We congratulate Daniel Lundqvist on his new position!
