Clinicum methodological support open again after the summer break
Clinicum’s advisory service is now up and running again after the summer. The methodology support is aimed at researchers who are employed or affiliated with KI or Region Stockholm.
Within Clinicum’s operations, researchers in biostatistics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, and other method-intensive disciplines participate in scientific advisory work.
For projects in the early stages, it is possible to discuss issues related to:
• Study design
• Choice of statistical methods
• Data requests
• Methodological sections in applications to the Swedish Ethical Review Authority or funding agencies
Clinicum can also assist with recommendations and considerations related to:
• Conference abstracts
• Statistical analysis plans
• Study protocols
• Reviewer comments
Clinicum’s methodological support network can also participate in brief consultations to help researchers avoid common mistakes in statistical programming or analyses, as well as to discuss ideas for new studies and analyses.
