No registration required. You will be able to sign an attendance sheet for Phd students who need credit as DM workshop.
Target audience
MEB PhD students, postdocs, researchers and other staff using registry data for research studies.
Description
This workshop will give insights into how to access the MEB Data storage, with a focus on the registry database. We will briefly introduce SQL and the SQL server. We will also show examples of connecting to the database and running SQL, form R, SAS, Python and with Azure Data Studio.
Preparation
For the Demo session, you will be able to ask questions and get help. We would be very interested in seeing your problems and code before the workshop – please contact Staffan and Vivekananda prior to the workshop.
