Start your day with renewed energy - morning yoga is the perfect way to give both body and mind a gentle start to the day.
Akademiska Hus offers students and staff morning yoga on the lawn outside KIB (by the volleyball court). Through simple movements and mindful breathing, we improve balance, increase flexibility and build fresh energy for the hours ahead. The session is suitable for all levels and no previous experience is required.
Bring your own yoga mat. In the event of rain, the session will take place in Fysiologen, Level 4.
