Professor in Nutrition Science at Uppsala University and University of Iceland and researcher affiliated with KIND (Center of Neurodevelopmental Disorders at Karolinska Institutet). Her research focuses on children’s eating habits and nutrient intake, and on how psychological and sensory factors influence eating behaviours, particularly in children with developmental disabilities.
