It's time for a new round of the pepatwork exercise challenge for all KI employees! The challenge runs from April 16 to May 14.

About the challenge

Everyone exercises how they want, when they want and at their own level. A session is at least 30 minutes of continuous exercise, where you get slightly out of breath and have an elevated heart rate. It is ok to add up several short high-intensity training (HIT) sessions per day, e.g. 3 x 10 min, and record it as a 30 min session.

A session can be of any type and all sessions are worth the same amount. It does not matter if you go for a brisk walk or run a marathon. Only 1 session of 30 minutes per day is worth points. You can, of course, train for a longer time but it does not give you more points.

Everyone is divided into teams of 8-20 people. If you want to compete, we have 3 categories you can compete in.

  • Number of sessions per week
  • Best pep
  • Biggest group improvement from day 1 to the end of the challenge

You register and share each exercise session with your group in a web application called We+.
This is where we support each other by giving a positive pep talk and where you can also upload and share pictures. Here you will also be able to follow the other teams' results and in the company channel you can share posts with all participants.

By helping each other, we also help ourselves to develop good exercise habits. We work in teams and encourage each other with encouraging comments, photos and videos!
